McCain has struck gold. Sarah Palin is so inspiring. It makes me have SO MUCH confidence in McCain. I especially like that he didn't play it safe with his choice, which is what I would've done. It makes me believe that things can really change in Washington. It makes me want to work for the republicans. Finally something is giving republicans the shivers...enthusiasm and joy and pride.
Last night my daughter told me she was going to join the young republicans on campus...all three of them. I'm so proud of her because she's strong enough to be herself...which is a form of the feminist message. Then today this wonderful announcement from McCain's camp. What a great day for a young woman to join the republican party...the day Sarah Palin is announced as the vp candidate.
Sarah Palin took all the feminist ideals and made them her own without compromising her values. That's exactly what I want for my daughters.
